Office and site accommodation supplied to Skanska

The Requirement

Skanska Construction needed a large modular office building for a PFI hospital project in Coventry.

The Solution

We suggested a Yorkon modular office complex that we had just purchased in London and that consisted of 112no 9.75m x 2.94m modules erected as a double storey building.

After inspecting the building and placing an order the Yorkon was dismantled, loaded onto transport and delivered and erected onto their site in Coventry.

 Summary

Our client Skanska saved a considerable amount of money by having this building delivered direct to their site in Coventry from its donor site in London, eliminating any expensive double handing costs.

In fact our client was so happy with their building, that they placed a further order for a large canteen building and a security / induction centre.

We look forward to removing the buildings in the future under our "Buy Back" scheme when they are no longer required.
