Most of our buildings are supplied direct from the original donor site to the client, which enables significant cost savings to be made, as there are no double handling costs.

Our modular buildings are supplied on a “site and seal” basis, which means that we will supply, deliver and erect the chosen modular building onto foundations by others, in its existing configuration and condition. This means that the cost savings of a site to site move are passed on to the client. If any alterations, decorations or electrical / plumbing works are required that are to the client’s specification, then these can be priced for as an extra to the price of the building supply.

Many of our buildings can be purchased as a “trade sale” from under £5.00 per sq.ft and represent excellent value for money. In addition we can offer to buy the building back and remove it from your site when you have no further use for it, reducing once again the overall cost of the accommodation required over the period of a contract.
