Modular Buildings Bought

ConstructionSpace is always looking to purchase modular buildings (both single and multi-storey) including offices, canteens, toilets, showers blocks and jack leg cabins that are no longer required. We are happy to visit your premises up to 12 months before your building is available for disposal to make a purchase offer, which will also include the removal of the building safely from your site whilst complying to all required Health & Safety and CDM regulations.

Selling your building to us is an easy process;

• Simply contact us and tell us if you have a Portakabin building or other makes of portable building for sale.
• An experienced modular building buyer will visit your site and make a full evaluation of the building you want to dispose of.
• We will submit our guaranteed purchase offer in writing.
• When our offer is accepted, we will pay you a deposit and will provide you with our Health and Safety documentation and removal programme.
• We will pay the balance of the agreed purchase price.
• We will remove the building safely from your premises.
  

Dismantling of any modular building is classed as demolition under the CDM legislation and you the client have a legal responsibility to ensure that the work is done safely and by a competent contractor. We have our own fully trained in-house site teams, and can dismantle and remove any modular buildings safely, ensuring that all aspects of Health & Safety and CDM regulations are complied with.

All our site teams carry CSCS cards and have certificates to demonstrate their competence to act as banksmen and operating plant such as cherry pickers and scissor lifts. We have an exemplary safety record and our aim is to remove your building safely and without incident.
