The Requirement Kier Construction were starting a joint venture project on the CTRL in Kings Cross and needed a large double storey modular office accommodation facility but to a restricted budget. The Solution We offered a Rovaspan 68 bay double storey building that we had purchased and was sited at the premises of Powergen that produced an area of 2,448 sq.m in 12m x 3m modules. After negotiating a price which even included the existing office furniture, Kier placed an order for the building that was delivered and erected onto their foundations at the rear of Kings Cross train station in London. |

Summary Immediate delivery, significant cost savings through direct delivery and a quality building were the deciding factors that made Kier place an order with us. The building is on a "Buy Back" scheme, which ensures that removal of the building at the end of a contract is not a problem. Mr Stuart Murray, who placed the final order was more than delighted with the building and the professional way we erected it on site. |
