The Requirement
Kier Construction were starting a joint venture project at Kings Cross and needed a large double storey modular office building for its site operations, supplied to a restricted budget.
The Solution
ConstructionSpace provided a 68-module two-storey building, which had previously been used at a Powergen site. This produced an area of 2,448 sqm using 12m x 3m modules.
The cost to Kier also included the existing office furniture, and the building was delivered and erected onto existing foundations at the rear of Kings Cross Station in Central London.
