Contractors' 'All Risks' Insurance

Expiry Date:

1st July 2009

Interest:

To indemnify the Insured for any loss or damage (including
“All Risks” Terrorism) in respect of permanent Works,
Temporary Works, materials construction plant and
Equipment owned or hired in by the Insured and any other
Items occurring during the Period of Insurance and arising
Out of the performance of any contract undertaken by the
Insured including work in progress and work completed and/
Or in maintenance, warranty or defects liability periods.

Limit of Indemnity:

£25,000,000 any one loss any one contract (including
Terrorism “All Risks”

Public and Products Liability

Expiry Date:

1 July 2009

Insured Interest:

To indemnify the Insured for their legal liability for Injury
Sustained or contracted by any person, loss or damage to
Property, obstruction, loss of amenities, trespass, nuisance
Or interference, denial of access or any like cause occurring
During the period of Insurance in connection with the
Business of the Insured.

Limit of Liability:

£50,000,000 any one occurrence

Employers’ Liability Insurance

Expiry Date:

1 July 2009

Limit of Indemnity:

£10,000,000 any one occurrence limited to £5,000,000 in
Respect of Terrorism

Interest:

To indemnify the Insured in respect of their legal liability for
Injury to any Employee caused during the Period of
Insurance and arising out of and in the course of their
Employment in the Business of the Insured.
