When you purchase a modular building from ConstructionSpace, we also offer an option to "Buy Back", giving you the benefit of a disposal strategy for your site accommodation and at an agreed price, at the end of your project.

In addition to the purchase price, we will meet the cost of removing the building from your site. Full details of this service and terms and conditions are available on request from our sales team.

The ConstructionSpace Buy Back option gives you the benefit of a fixed cost for your modular site accommodation, and will ensure the building is removed - quickly, efficiently and safely - on completion of your construction contract.
