Buy Back

When you purchase a modular building from ConstructionSpace you can also obtain a “Buy Back” offer giving you the price we will pay for the building at the end of your project.

In addition to our offer, we will also incur the costs associated with the removal of the building from its site. (Full details available upon request) This will give you a fixed cost for your modular accommodation and will ensure that you have no disposal problems at the end of a contract.
