We are one of the only companies in the UK who are able to supply pre-owned buildings on a site to site basis and at a trade price, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible value for money. Supplying buildings directly from one site to another means that expensive double handling costs are eliminated and consequently the price paid by our clients is vastly reduced.

ConstructionSpace is able to supply both single and multi-storey modular buildings for sale and all of our buildings are supplied in their existing condition and configuration and at competitive prices.
We will even look at buying a building back at the end of a construction contract and if required can give a buy back price at the time you purchase your building.

All of the buildings are shown on the available stock section of our website and can be delivered and erected on to your site in a reasonable short period. Our stock changes regularly and you can be kept up to date on new stock arrivals by enrolling on our new building notification email facility

Our available buildings include RE’s accommodation, temporary offices, canteens, locker rooms, toilets, shower and drying rooms. Although sold at competitive prices, our buildings are supplied with a written guarantee.
